Longevity Project
The goal of the Longevity Project is to provide long-term visibility and overview of overall breed health, and specifically longevity in genetic lines in Europe. We want to acknowledge and award Shar-Pei worldwide, which have in good health reached the age of 10 years old.
Is your Shar-Pei 10 years or older? Please apply for the EFSPC Longevity Certificate!
Eligibility criteria:
- All pure-bred Shar-Pei worldwide with a pedigree, age 10 years and older.
- The dog must be clearly identified by a microchip or tattoo, and registered in the national kennel registry.
- The dog must be checked by a veterinarian, confirming it is in good health, respective of its age.
- The electronic version of the certificate is free both for EFSPC members and non-members, and can be requested by the dog’s owner or breeder.
How to apply:
To apply, please send a completed and signed Application Form, together with the supporting records and relevant documentation attached for each Shar-Pei to: longevity@sharpeifederation.eu
- Filled out and signed application form – including the verification by a certified veterinarian
- Copy of pedigree
- Photo of the dog
You can also send a short video of the dog. Use Messenger or a transfer application to send this.

Langlebigkeitsprojekt
Das Ziel des Langlebigkeits-projektes ist es, langfristige Transparenz, einen Überblick über die allgemeine Gesundheit der Rasse und insbesondere die Langlebigkeit in genetischen Linien zu zeigen. Wir wollen weltweit Shar-Pei würdigen und auszeichnen, die bei guter Gesundheit das 10. Lebensjahr erreicht haben.
Ist Ihr Shar-Pei 10 Jahre oder älter? Bitte beantragen Sie das EFSPC-Langlebigkeitszertifikat!
Voraussetzungen für die Beantragung des Zertifikates:
- Alle reinrassigen Shar-Pei weltweit mit anerkannter Ahnentafel, Alter 10 Jahre und älter.
- Der Hund muss durch einen Mikrochip oder eine Tätowierung eindeutig identifiziert und im nationalen Zuchtbuch eingetragen sein.
- Der Hund muss von einem Tierarzt untersucht werden, der bestätigt, dass er entsprechend seinem Alter bei guter Gesundheit ist .
- Die elektronische Version des Zertifikats ist sowohl für EFSPC-Mitglieder als auch für Nichtmitglieder kostenlos und kann vom Hundebesitzer oder Züchter angefordert werden.
So stellen Sie den Antrag:
Um das Zertifikat zu beantragen, senden Sie bitte ein vollständig ausgefülltes und unterschriebenes Antragsformular für Ihren Shar Pei, zusammen mit den erforderlichen Nachweisen und relevanten Unterlagen, an: longevity@sharpeifederation.eu
- Auszufüllendes und zu unterschreibendes Antragsformular – inklusive der Unterlagen für den Tierarzt.
- Kopie der anerkannten Ahnentafel
- Foto des Hundes
Sie können auch ein kurzes Video des Hundes senden. Verwenden Sie hierzu bitte den Messenger oder eine andere elektronische Übertragungsmöglichkeit.

Projet de Longévité
L’objectif du projet de longévité est de fournir une visibilité à long terme et une vue d’ensemble de la santé globale de la race, et en particulier celle de la longévité dans les lignées génétiques. Nous souhaitons mettre à l’honneur les Shar-Pei dans le monde entier, qui, en bonne santé, ont atteint l’âge de 10 ans.
Votre Shar-Pei a atteint 10 ans ou plus? Demandez votre certificat de longévité à EFSPC!
Critères d’éligibilité:
- Tous Shar-Pei de pure avec un pedigree, âgé de 10 ans et plus est éligible peu importe le pays .
- Le chien doit être clairement identifié par une puce ou un tatouage, et doit être enregistré auprès de la Centrale Canine .
- Le chien doit être examiné par un vétérinaire, confirmant ainsi qu’il est en bonne santé au regard de son âge.
- La version électronique du certificat est gratuite à la fois pour les membres et les non-membres de l’EFSPC, et peut être demandé par le propriétaire ou l’éleveur du chien.
Comment faire votre demande ?
Pour que votre demande soit valide :
- Veuillez envoyer le formulaire de demande préalablement téléchargé sur le site, docûment rempli et certifié par le vétérinaire qui aura examiné le chien.
- Joindre le pedigrée pour chaque Shar-Pei
- Une photo
Et /ou une video (par messenger )

Celem tego projektu jest zapewnić długoterminową widoczność i przegląd w sprawie ogólnego zdrowia rasy, szczególnie długości zycia linii genetycznych w Europie.
Chcemy docenić i nagrodzić Shar-Peie na całym świecie, które w dobrym zdrowiu osiągnęły wiek 10 lat.
Czy twój shar-pei ma, lub przekroczył, wiek 10 lat? Proszę zaaplikuj na certyfikat długowieczności EFSPC.
Kryteria kwalifikacji:
– rasowe shar-pei z rodowodem, w wieku 10 lat lub starsze
– musi być widocznie zidentyfikowany, mikroczipem lub tatuazem, i zarejestrowany w krajowym rejestrze kynologicznym
– Pies musi być zbadany u weterynarza, aby potwierdzić dobre zdrowie, adekwatny do jego wieku
– Elektroniczna wersja tego certyfikatu jest darmowa dla członków EFSPC jak i dla osób niebędących członkami, i może być wymagane przez właściciela psa lub hodowcę.
Jak zaaplikować:
Aby móc zaaplikować, prosimy wysłać wypełnioną i podpisaną formę aplikacyjną, wraz z dokumentami uzupełniającymi i odpowiednią dokumentacją dla kazdego shar-peia pod adres longevity@sharpeifederation.eu.

Projekt Dlhovekosti
Cieľom projektu Longevity Project je zviditeľniť dlhovekých jedincov a prezentovať celkové zdravie plemena, konkrétne zviditeľniť dlhoveké genetické línie v Európe. Chceme viac prezentovať a oceniť jedincov plemena shar pei na celom svete, ktorí v dobrom zdravotnom stave dosiahli vek 10 a viac rokov.
Má váš Shar-Pei 10 rokov alebo viac? Prosím, požiadajte o vystavenie certifikátu dlhovekosti EFSPC!
Kritériá pre získanie Certifikátu dlhovekosti:
- Každý čistokrvný Shar-Pei kde koľvek na svete s preukazom preukazu vo veku 10 rokov a viac.
- Pes musí byť jasne identifikovaný mikročipom alebo tetovaním a zaregistrovaný v národnom registri chovateľských staníc.
- Pes musí byť skontrolovaný veterinárnym lekárom, ktorý potvrdí, že je v poriadku, vzhľadom na jeho vek.
- Elektronická verzia certifikátu je bezplatná pre členov aj nečlenov EFSPC a môže si ju vyžiadať majiteľ alebo chovateľ psa.

- Vyplňte a podpíšte prihlášku – jej súčasťou je aj potvrdenie od veterinárneho certifikovaného lekára.
- Kópiu rodokmeňa

Môžete zaslať aj krátke video. To je ale potrebné poslať buď cez messanger, alebo cez transferovú aplikáciu.
